Teressa has held senior management and executive roles in risk management in the financial services sector since 2006, prior to which she was a banking and finance lawyer practicing in NZ, Sydney and London. Teressa has broad international experience establishing and implementing ERM frameworks, governance and strategy, and deep experience in enhancing and enabling three lines of defence models and organisational culture and conduct.
Kate leads Vector’s risk, sustainability and safety teams to ensure these areas are aligned and support Vector’s strategy and culture. Areas of responsibility include risk management and assurance, business continuity and crisis management, sustainability and health, safety and environment. Kate has over 25 years experience in leading change in areas such as strategic and operational risk management, business continuity, OHSE, insurance, sustainability, human resources and commercial law. Kate is also a faculty contributor to the Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership – Business and Sustainability Executive Leadership Program (Melbourne).
Greg has over 25 years in leadership experience in Health, Safety and Environment as well as a comprehensive base in Risk Management disciplines. From humble beginnings in the Oil & Gas industry, plastics manufacturing and consumer products, services industry and later in food production, Greg has a vast range of expertise across many sectors that he has been able to contribute much benefit towards and is a great advocate for strong leadership enabling teams to deliver greatness.
Darren has almost 30 years’ experience across several continents and numerous industries including defence, construction, manufacturing, insurance, financial services, power generation and transmission, aviation and mass transportation. Darren specialises in safety and security risk and organisational resilience, holding master’s degrees in Business Continuity, Security & Emergency Management, and Terrorism & Political Violence.
Kerry is an experienced professional with a wide base of expertise: specialties include Internal Audit, Business Process Improvement, Risk Management (including Risk Culture and Risk Appetite Statements), Data Privacy and SAP’s Authorisations and Governance, Risk and Compliance solutions.
Sioeli is a newly appointed director to the RIMS NZ & PI Board and will be supporting the chapter as Treasurer. In his day job, Sioeli is an experience risk manager specialising in Financial Services. He has provided a wide range of financial risk management and accounting services to a number of banks and corporate clients across Australia and New Zealand. These services include working within the bank, working as a consultant or an auditor.
