RIMS NZ & PI Chapter would like to invite you to a session on Governance, in conjunction with KPMG New Zealand. Kristen Currie and Gerry Lynch will discuss changes to the standard, understanding the current state of governance within New Zealand and how to improve maturity within your organisation.
Kristen is a Director in KPMG’s risk consulting practice. He has over 25 years’ experience in risk and assurance and has held roles in professional services firms, industry and within local and central government.
Gerry Lynch set up The Real Leadership Company in 2020 to help companies build stronger cultures and businesses. He focuses on leadership coaching for the CEO/GM, helping them with their strategies, capabilities, and culture, as well as building high performance teams. Prior to this Gerry was the CEO at Delmaine Fine Foods ltd for 2 years and General Manager of Mars New Zealand for 8 years. Gerry was a board member of the Food & Grocery Council for 10 years, chairing the Industry Relations group and setting up the industry and retail Health and safety group, which expanded into ShopCare, which he still chairs.
