As risk professionals, we know our business, our people, and we make informed decisions. The question is – do we really know all the underlying factors that influence our thinking and decision-making?
Unconscious bias is the key to this.
Join us to hear from the amazing Wayne Goodman in an interactive workshop, as he takes us on a journey of understanding unconscious bias. Learn about common bias types, and ways to mitigate.
Then sit back and hear from our fabulous and diverse panel, who will share their some of their experiences and learnings in this space.
