Wayne is an HR and Organisational Development professional who has spent most of his career and personal life furthering the growth and development of others. From heading up HR and leadership development in several banks, owning and growing a number of start-ups including restaurants, air blimps and real estate, to being a coach and outward bounders outdoor education instructor. Wayne believes that risk management, diversity of thought and success are undoubtably entwined. Wayne has designed, developed and facilitated hundreds of initiatives for organisational and personal development including looking at the impact that unconscious bias has on decision making. Wayne currently divides his time between leadership coaching for fledgling businesses, a board advisory role with a global IT company, and his passion for boating and skiing the world.

Jane Taylor:
Jane is a barrister, professional director and independent hearings commissioner, with a 35 year career in law, accountancy and finance. She is currently Chair of Orion New Zealand Limited, Manaaki Whenua Landcare Research New Zealand Limited and Predator Free 2050 Limited. She is a Director of Silver Fern Farms Limited, Silver Fern Farms Co-operative Limited, Ontario Teachers Pension Plan New Zealand Forest Investments Limited and the Aspen Institute New Zealand. Jane is also Deputy Chair of the External Reporting Board.
Jane holds a LLB(Hons) and a LLM with First Class Honours from Auckland University and a postgraduate qualification in accountancy and finance from Victoria University of Wellington. She is a Barrister and Solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand, a Member of the New Zealand Law Society, a Fellow of Chartered Accountants of Australia and New Zealand (CAANZ) and a Chartered Fellow of the New Zealand Institute of Directors.
Fiona Michel:
Fiona is Chief People Officer at Vector Limited and is a Non-Executive Director on the Board of the Australian Human Resources Institute. She has worked in the technology, banking, insurance and public sectors for over two decades in New Zealand and overseas. Fiona has won awards in New Zealand and Australia for achievement in HR, leadership, culture transformation and industrial relations. She has a Master of Business Administration, is an alumnus of Harvard Business School, is completing her Doctorate at the University of Auckland, and is a Chartered Fellow of both the Australian Human Resources Institute and the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development in the United Kingdom.
Francois Barton:
Francois is the Executive Director of the Business Leaders’ Health and Safety Forum, a coalition of more than 350 CEOs committed to leading safer, healthier and more productive businesses. Before joining the Forum in May 2015, Francois worked with the Ministry for the Environment and the health and safety regulator, leading national programmes of work in agriculture, construction, forestry, work-related health and sustainable tourism. He has spent his career working across government and industry to grow more enlightened and successful businesses for a stronger New Zealand. These experiences have cemented his belief that leadership is a critical ingredient for change – to mobilise people, to confront challenging issues and to take action.
