Presented by Wayne Goodman:
Wayne is an HR and Organisational Development professional who has spent most of his career and personal life furthering the growth and development of others. From heading up HR and leadership development in several banks, owning and growing a number of start-ups including restaurants, air blimps and real estate, to being a coach and outward bounders outdoor education instructor. Wayne believes that risk management, diversity of thought and success are undoubtably entwined. Wayne has designed, developed and facilitated hundreds of initiatives for organisational and personal development including looking at the impact that unconscious bias has on decision making. Wayne currently divides his time between leadership coaching for fledgling businesses, a board advisory role with a global IT company, and his passion for boating and skiing the world.
