We are pleased to announce the fourth instalment of the two-day New Zealand International Fraud Film Festival which will be held at Q Theatre in Auckland on Wednesday 29 & Thursday 30 March, 2023. So block out your diaries!
The last edition of the festival was held in 2019, and for obvious reasons it’s been challenging to bring everyone together for another event. Together, with our partners MC, the NZ SFO, FMA, ACC and ANZ we’re looking forward to March next year.
As with previous festival lineups, we’ll be offering an exciting topical programme packed with a range of the latest fraud-related films and documentaries, as well as high profile guests and panelists offering their expert insights.
You can also explore the programmes, films and themes from our 2019 Festival right here on our website.
Exploring white collar crime – ‘need vs greed’
This gritty New Zealand documentary, presented by veteran investigator Tim McKinnel, explores the impact of white-collar crime on society and the role poverty plays. It challenges the status quo, covering some confronting issues such as the scale of fraud in New Zealand and how white and blue-collar crimes are treated differently.
Deloitte Forensic was pleased to play a small part in the making of this ‘must see’ documentary.
